Evangelism:
There are disciples, within our Church, who believe they’ve been called to and are willing to go out onto the battlefield.  These persons will be sanctioned by the Local & General Church to go forth and do a special service which requires special credentials, special clothes, special defense equipment and special witnessing / evangelizing materials.

They will be required to attend church every Sunday and make progress reports at assigned intervals.  Their work will be to make converts, to direct converts and/or channel them into a mission center where they will become an auxiliary of the church, join the church of their choice, or start a mission center with an appointed pastor under the General Church.  “From door to door and from place to place, until an area has been covered” is the model.
Shelter, food and clothing will, hopefully, be provided by the church.  Mileage and transportation are factors that will have to be considered.  Cellular phones, mace, and pre-printed evangelistic materials are among some of the items to be made available to the mission workers.

Financial Resource & Supply
This is an area where ready funds will be made available for shortfalls in:
Youth Advocacy Programs / Projects
Gratuities in Volunteer services
Scholarship needs and Selective Training areas

Selective Training is training in specific FWB needs and requirements such as:
Administrative
Teacher training skills
Finance – auditing & budgeting
Supply and Demand

Training in these areas will require the recipient to contract him or her self to remain with the Denomination for a specified number of years.

Salaries
The ox has been muzzled and the laborer treated unworthy for hire for too long; there have been no increases in the past eight years.  The strong have carried the burden of the weak until the strong have, themselves, become weak.  To do something is better than doing nothing; especially if the intent is good.  The time has come that our church must make a scale of salary for all laborers with a minimum and maximum cap.  Once this has been established, we will be able to see, more clearly, what we ought to be about.  To pay the laborer his or her due must become our first priority, regardless of whom it may be.  Our concern must become redemptive work, by the calling of Jesus.

Construction of Retirement Assisted Living Facility
Such a facility is a priority for FWB retirees.  A home-away-from-home, among fellow Christians, is a dream of the highest order.  Our last days should indeed be our last days.  Plans for the facility include a daily menu of prepared foods, the latest in health services, domestic services, recreational facilities, wholesome entertainment, 24 hour security, and reliable transportation.

The idea of such a facility is truly a thought worth sharing as well as a vision within our reach.

The vision of a United American FWB Foundation Fund is a “faith walk”.  And, we are encouraging each of you to join those of us, who are walking along with those making plans to begin their journey today, as we walk according to Hebrews 11.

The vision is unfolding and being made plain.  Let’s capture it like Abraham did.  Let’s run with it, until we’ve made the dream a reality.  And above all, remember:  We Can Do Better Together.
